What is an RPO?
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is where companies will outsource all or some of their recruitment which can happen anytime throughout the business. Normally during critical stages such as launch mode or for certain projects when clients need someone to take away all the hassles of recruitment so they can concentrate on other vital areas of the business. We can also train your own internal team so that eventually you can take your recruitment in-house.
