Most of the team have a bachelor in Computer Science which we feel gives us the edge over our competitors because when it comes to delivering on specialist IT roles, our team understand the role and type of person that can carry out the role.
As well as our team of recruiters, we also have a large team of research consultants who work behind the scenes building networks in each specialist area. Our research consultants are the key to our success because niche candidates are being referred to them daily.
When you agree an RPO with Outsourcing Talent you have the option to having one of our experienced recruiters on-site to assist your own internal recruitment team or to manage everything themselves. This can be full-time or ad-hoc, subject to locations around the world, there is an extra cost.
Typically, over 80% of our clients who chose to outsource their recruitment let us handle everything off-shore with regular visits to the clients’ premises to make sure KPI’s are met, as this reduces the cost.
We typically handle anything between 20 – 100 open positions per client per year. If you need anything over 100 positions to be filled, then we would need a 2-3-month warning.
