Ian Stammers, Founder
Entrepreneurial ambitious results-focused workaholic who is passionate about recruitment. Ian started his career in recruitment back in 1999 and has been fortunate enough to work with innovative Multi billion-Dollar technology companies all over the globe. Ian has lived and worked in the Middle East & Asia and now is currently based in the UK. As the Founding Director of Outsourcing Talent, Ian is responsible for the strategy, fundamental growth, client engagement and championing best practice recruitment both internally and externally across the business. Ian has successfully managed numerous RPO’s for many high profile technology start-ups across Europe, Middle East and the Americas which to date are growing from strength to strength.
Mark Hill, Non-Executive Director
Mark began his Outsourced recruitment career in 1998 with Aston Carter, a London based executive search recruitment firm specialising in senior technical recruitment in the Investment Banking sector. In 2002 Mark co-founded a London based recruitment company called VRM Group and successfully recruited Risk, Compliance and Audit professionals in the European Banking industry. After the success of VRM, and with a growing client base in the UAE, Mark relocated to Dubai in 2006 and co-founded Gulf Connexions Group which went on to employ 45 recruitment consultants focussed on hiring into the Telecommunications, Energy, Finance, Defence, Rail and Aviation sectors. In 2015 Mark relocated back home to London and continues to manage large scale recruitment projects across Europe and the US.
